Baron Williams (CEO)
Baron worked with his grandfather for many summers and learned his love of construction and electrical work. In 2002, he began his career working with commercial electrical contractors and building his path to what he has achieved today. From 2009 to 2016, Baron worked for Alspach Construction & Electric as first a foreman and then a project manager. In 2016, a great opportunity for Baron came, and he received his State Certified Electrical Contractor License and opened his own company. From 2016 to 2020, Barry Alspach (the previous owner of Alspach Construction & Electric) always had Baron’s back and was a mentor to Baron for most of his electrical career. In 2020, Barry knew he was ready to escape the electrical contracting world and retire. He knew just who he was going to sell the business to…Baron. Baron is now the proud owner of Alspach Construction & Electric with his wife, Gianna.
Tommy Thompson (Chief Estimator)
Tommy started his electrical career right out of high school in 1973. He served as an electrician and project manager and other positions with other contractors in the state of Florida. In 2001, Tommy met with Alspach Construction & Electric for an interview and was hired on the spot because of his affluent electrical experience. He started at Alspach as a Foreman, and then shortly there after moved on to be a Project Manager of the Electrical Division. In 2011, Tommy became the Chief Estimator of Alspach Construction & Electric.
Gianna Williams (HR Manager)
Gianna is the new owner, with Baron, and HR Manager of Alspach Construction & Electric LLC. She achieved her Associates in Accounting in 2015 and her Bachelors in Human Resources in 2018 from Florida International University. Before, she took her new position at Alspach she was an administrative assistant for seven years. She and Baron want to thank Barry and Marlene Alspach, for the opportunity to pass on their own family business to Baron and Gianna.
Orlando Gonzalez (Project Manager)
Orlando started his electrical career with Baron at Calvary Electric in 2004. In 2009, he moved to Atlanta and worked in the industrial control’s spectra of electrical work. He then moved back to Florida and started at Alspach Construction & Electric in 2013. He was first a Foreman and is now the Project Manager. After 17 years of working together, Baron and Orlando will continue to use their combined knowledge and experience to provide exceptional project coordination and completion.
